BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp is a group fitness class. A combination of HIIT, strength, core and cardio exercises to a timer. Bootcamp is for all abilities and fitness levels. I run bootcamp outside in all weathers, training outdoors is a great boost for your mental wellbeing too.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is listening to your own personal needs and goals when it comes to fitness and health. We then develop a fitness plan to acheive the results that you desire. Adapting the routine and fitness plan as the weeks go by to rrspond to your bodies changes. I have been personal training for just over 15 years achieving results with all my clients. Areas i cover are fitness and cardio, toning and strength, pre and post natal, weight loss and body shape, muscle building, and HIIT training. This can be at Coolham Village Hall or A location of your choice. Whether that is at your home or a public outdoor space.

2:1 or GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Fancy training with a friend or a group of friends. Looking for something thats more social but still achieving the desired results then this is for you. Either at my location of Coolham Village Hall or a location of your choice we can design the right fitness plan for you and your friends.
